Planning Board continues Cliffside Terrace public hearing to June 25

The Woburn City Planning Board continued the public hearing on the Cliffside Terrace definitive subdivision to June 25, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. after a motion by Jim Callahan and a second by board member Claudia. The board approved the continuance by a 6-0 voice vote.
Chair Bob Doherty read a note that "the applicant has requested a continuance of the public hearing to June 25, 2024 at 7 p.m." and confirmed there would be an opportunity for public comment at the rescheduled hearing. The chair also noted that Carolyn Turner had filed a disclosure of appearance of conflict with the city clerk's office and, per Carolyn's filing, she "will be able to participate in this."
Board members discussed attendance and quorum for the June 25 meeting; one member indicated they would not be present and other members noted they could review the meeting recording if needed. The Planning Board did not take further action on the submission June 11 and expects to revisit the Cliffside Terrace proposal at the continued hearing.
