The Woburn Zoning Board of Appeals approved its June meeting minutes by voice vote and then discussed a proposed change to the ZBA application form. The chair said the board intended to add a field requiring applicants to identify the specific relief they are seeking, a change recommended by a member earlier in the year.
Board members agreed the draft should be sent to the city solicitor for review. Member Ryan (who the chair asked to resend the draft) agreed to forward the document to the chair and staff. If the city solicitor signs off, the board will consider formally adopting the revised form at the next meeting.
With no further legal business, the board moved to adjourn and confirmed that continued items would return at the August 14 meeting.
