Commissioners reported the site had improved significantly since earlier enforcement, the enforcement order had been lifted, and no outstanding issues remained that would prevent issuance. A motion to issue the certificate was made, seconded and carried with the commission's assent.
Staff will record and deliver the certificate per standard procedure.
