On operational hours the petitioner proposed standard hours (Monday'Friday, 5:00 AM'6:00 PM) with exceptions only for emergencies; the committee did not take exception to these hours for the industrial site format described.
Committee members asked for a formal finding at the public hearing that the permissive use of temporary jobsite gang boxes in this instance should not be precedent-setting for other properties. The petitioner and sponsor agreed to that approach and the committee voted to send the petition out to pass with the 24 proposed conditions.
