OMA issues emergency rules to implement 2024 medical-marijuana laws

"I'm here to update you on OMA emergency rules signed into effect by Governor Kevin Stitt," Kroll said, identifying the measures as the mechanism to put Senate Bill 758, Senate Bill 1635 and Senate Bill 1939 into practice.
