She outlined flexible scheduling options for clinical and nonclinical roles (10‑ or 12‑hour shifts, weekend‑only positions, PRN roles), a wellness portal with incentives (Murray Strong), education assistance, student loan forgiveness and retirement plans. She also described employee assistance programs and critical‑incident behavioral health supports for staff.
Robertson spoke about financial‑wellness tools (the RAIN app for earned‑wage access and a Gallagher marketplace planned for benefits and family‑forming services) and said the system is piloting or seeking approval for expanded family‑forming benefits that would include adoption and fertility support. She said engagement programs (employee recognition awards, family picnics, mentoring/buddy programs and ERGs) are used to build retention and culture.
