Mahmood said the utilization rate against the total budget was approximately 15% and 58% against the year‑to‑date allocation, which reflects timing differences across program activities. He noted OCCY’s cash balance as about $701,266 on Sept. 30, 2023, and said finance staff review agency accounts monthly with OES colleagues.
The commission moved and seconded approval of the finance report; roll‑call votes recorded the attending commissioners’ approvals and the motion passed.
