A member moved and Member Richardson seconded the motion to rescind the assessed penalties; the commission approved the rescission by voice vote.
The action will remove the previously assessed enforcement actions against those individuals; staff did not indicate outstanding collection amounts for each case in the public discussion. The commission did not undertake further individual findings at the meeting and moved on to the next agenda items.
