Rowan also summarized Parks and Recreation's response about the Tingtape playground: Parks and Rec said it was working with DPW and confirmed a plan to install handicap-accessible parking along Spring Street adjacent to the playground. "They ... confirmed they would install a handicap accessible parking along Spring Street adjacent to the playground," Rowan said.
Rowan told the committee the updated budget details and DPW responses are available in staff files and public records; committee members asked staff to provide those documents on request.
