District to recommend youth‑aid panel at high school after staff training with ADA

"There is, coming before the board, in December, a recommendation to implement a youth aid panel at the high school beginning with the 2nd semester," Doctor Russell said.
Doctor Russell said implementing the panel will require student‑handbook revisions; those redline versions and a memo are expected to be provided to the board in advance of the December meeting. Doctor Fuller is expected to attend the board meeting to discuss program planning updates and handbook changes.
When asked about timing, Doctor Russell clarified the planned start is the second semester (end of January/beginning of February), not the start of the school year. The committee was told the program planning and handbook proposals will be placed before the board during December’s meeting for consideration.
