The resolution’s stated purpose is to “determine and analyze the ongoing project of senior ARPA” to ensure the funds are being spent appropriately and effectively, according to the committee introduction.
The committee did not set a date to reconvene the item during the meeting. The next procedural step is for the sponsor to provide the CFO information and, if appropriate, reintroduce the resolution to the committee for further review.
