The ceremony included the seven named electors — Roderick Perkins (at-large), Don Spencer (at-large), and the five district electors representing Oklahoma’s 1st through 5th congressional districts — who each signed certificates that will be sealed and forwarded to Washington, D.C., where Congress opens and counts the votes.
