Earlier in the meeting the council's Ways & Means committee reported on three financial orders: a transfer of $50,976.74 from prior-year CIP projects to fund a DBW vehicle acquisition, authorization to pay small prior-year departmental invoices, and an appropriation of $89,018.20 from a TNC surcharge distribution fund for roadway repair and vehicle-related mitigation. Each of those orders was advanced and adopted by roll call votes as recorded in the meeting.
The council also referred a $100,000 appropriation from the general stabilization account to FY25 DPW Streets and Sidewalks professional and technical account to the Ways & Means Committee for further review.
