He said the Oiler board spends the year fundraising and relies on game‑day concessions revenue to support activities, and that the program had reached out repeatedly to district staff and administrators but encountered additional restrictions each time it tried to comply. The board did not take immediate action during the meeting; Davis’s comments were entered during the public‑comment portion of the agenda for general matters.
