Senator Braun voted against it," while saying the funds "have done, great things for our county, paving roads and etcetera."
Nicks also thanked commissioners for a recent reappointment vote: she praised what she described as a motion by Commissioner Dieter and a second by Commissioner Baxmayer to reappoint Alan Feldbaum to the library board and urged protection of the library as "a great asset." Nicks noted the meeting was Commissioner Dieter’s last meeting but said she planned to return to offer a final goodbye at the next meeting.
