The amounts were read aloud as they appear in the meeting record; when the audio reflected unclear formatting for some figures staff asked that the bids be formally tabulated by the architecture and procurement teams.
Why it matters: the reroof project is a capital preservation task for a county historic facility. Referring bids for tabulation begins the formal review and selection process.
