St. Joseph County approves New Carlisle water agreement with 24 million-gallon daily cap

Schallio said the agreement defines the town's responsibilities to operate and maintain the two water treatment plants (the Cliffs plant and the St. Joe Energy Center plant) while the county would pay for improvements that benefit new economic prospects and other project elements in the development area.
