Moore County to hold quasi-judicial hearing for Tri South Builders' Brookwood Phase 5

Planning Director Deborah Ensminger asked the board to call a quasi-judicial hearing to consider a special use permit and preliminary plat for Tri South Builders, Brookwood subdivision Phase 5 — an additional phase of four lots on an existing major conservation subdivision on about 34.36 acres (parcel ID 00991560). Ensminger told the board the subdivision review board met and recommended a condition that if fences are installed within any drainage easement they must be installed to allow water flow; the applicant agreed to that condition. The board voted to call the hearing and the motion carried.
The condition will be incorporated as a note on the final plat and in restrictive covenants per the subdivision review board recommendation; staff will schedule the quasi-judicial hearing and provide public notice in accordance with county procedures.
