Laredo ISD leaders commend police response after citywide threat, discuss water distribution and preparedness

Trustees thanked CCMR and CTE staff for a recent advisory session and congratulated Kahuas Elementary for receiving a U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon School designation and several athletic teams and performing groups for recent successes. Trustees also recommended maintaining a stockpile of water pallets in district operations storage to speed future emergency responses.
The meeting concluded with routine calendar announcements and the committee’s adjournment by voice vote.
