Pottsgrove board approves routine personnel, business and education items; funds tennis-court engineering study

A finance-committee item recommended moving forward with an engineering and design proposal from LEI Associates for tennis-court replacement; the proposal in the committee report was listed at $55,224.60 to complete designs and bid specifications.
