Springfield Township SD reviews facility-use policy after late cancellations affect community clubs

At the meeting, Doctor Yannickone reviewed Policy 707 — the district’s rules for community use of school facilities — and said the board’s long-standing principle is to make school buildings available “without discrimination” provided the use does not interfere with the educational program. He noted the policy was last revised Aug. 20.
