- Ordinance adoption: Council adopted Ordinance No. 2145 (second reading), adding Article 3.10 to Chapter 3 of the city’s building regulations to govern electronic signs. Council discussed documentation and removed a mandatory traffic‑impact (B5) requirement earlier in the process.
- Opioid settlement: Council authorized participation in the Kroger Texas opioid settlement and authorized the city manager to execute the required release form to enroll Snyder in the settlement; staff reported roughly $28,100 currently in the city’s opioid fund.
