Planning department introduces new senior planner, Samuel Luthy

The Tullahoma Planning Commission announced the hire of a new senior planner and heard brief remarks introducing him.
Mister Rush told the commission, "We have hired a new senior planner. His name is Samuel Luthy," and Luthy introduced himself, saying he had worked in municipal roles (including as town planner for Nolensville) and in the private sector in Washington State and in Franklin, Tennessee.
Commission members welcomed Luthy and expressed pleasure at having him on staff. Luthy said he looks forward to working with the commission.
