Commission members nominated and voted to select Commissioner Jaskovich as the Commission’s vice chair to complete the remainder of Commissioner Anchors’ term. The nomination was made during the public session in the chair’s absence and carried by voice vote after a motion to close nominations and a second.

Members indicated the vice chair need not be present to be selected and the new vice chair will serve until the next September meeting as the remainder of the prior term.
