The court accepted project approval from the Texas Department of Transportation for a Constable Precinct 3 traffic study (overtime reimbursement; amount not specified) and approved associated project acceptance.
The court then recessed into executive session under Texas Government Code §551.087 to deliberate economic development negotiations associated with Project Silver Cloud and Project Blue Wave, returning to open session and adjourning at 10:20 a.m.
