- Water/wastewater services contract: Approved. Administration recommended WhiteWater after an RFP; board approved entering a contract for districtwide water services.
- Tuition rates (2025–26): Approved as presented (in-district preschool and PK unchanged; out-of-district rates updated). Administration noted rates remain in place as contingency if the operating budget does not pass.
- Policy JLP (parental notification of changes in student welfare): Adopted on motion for first/second read and adoption; language aligned with new RSA amendments and NH School Boards Association model policy.
- Default budget: Approved. Administration presented the RSA‑formula default budget ($90,623,583) and the board approved it for posting per statutory deadlines.
- Personnel: Two professional resignations accepted (special-education coordinator and a special-education teacher).
