Mrs. Bowman, president of the Licensed Site Professional Association (LSPA), thanked staff from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection for considering and incorporating much of LSPA’s proposed revisions to the draft 2024 MCP Q&A, saying the association appreciated the “productive discussions” that informed the final version released in November.
