The commission voted to pursue the stump grinding and to request Select Board authorization for drainage and ramp work; if there is sufficient funding, a small platform and an accessible seating area near the river would be installed. Members agreed contractor selection and any contract award would come back to the commission after the bids are received and Select Board permission is obtained. Next steps include collecting bids by the next meeting cycle and drafting a warrant-article plan if additional funds are needed.
