Board approves interlibrary loan and policy edits, sends job-description placement and unattended-children policy for review

Because of liability and consistency questions, the board moved that the city attorney review the unattended-children policy and confirm compliance with city standards before adoption.
Next steps: the policy committee will prepare a placement recommendation for the director's job description and the city attorney will provide a legal review of the unattended-children policy. The board accepted the policy committee's interlibrary loan edits by voice vote.
