Accounts‑payable and payroll manifests: S10 moved to approve the accounts‑payable manifest in the amount of $281,216.16; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. The board also moved to approve the payroll manifest in the amount of $92,149.30; that motion was seconded and approved.
