CDBG closeout resolution: Council approved resolution 111824 (grant number 18515CDBGCR20), acknowledging completion of multiple Community Development Block Grant projects including the Middale Youth and Family Services building purchase, utility assistance programs, and walking-trail paving; all final costs had been incurred and council accepted the closeout.
Minutes and procedural approvals: Council approved several minutes and routine reports by unanimous vote.
