Board finds several new applications have no regional impact; approves minutes and introduces deputy director

The Manchester Planning & Zoning Board voted that a list of recently submitted applications do not constitute regional impact and therefore do not require regional review or referral to the Conservation Commission.
Board member Steven Minow moved that the applications — including SP 2024‑020; CU 2024‑026, CU 2024‑027, CU 2024‑028; SP‑15‑2013; SP‑17‑2016; SP 2023‑011; and SP 2024‑021 — do not have regional impact. Brian Beaupre seconded and the board approved the determination.
In administrative business the board approved its Sept. 5, 2024 minutes as amended; Bob Gagne abstained because he was not on the board at that time. Chair Bryce Kalu introduced newly appointed Deputy Director of Planning & Zoning Nick Strong, who said, “Today is my second day as the deputy director of planning and zoning and looking forward to working with all of you.”
The meeting concluded after a motion to adjourn from Bob Gagne, seconded by Brian Beaupre.
