The Del City City Council on Sept. 3 approved a slate of administrative and procurement items by unanimous vote, including bank signer updates, audit engagements and technology purchases.
Councilmembers voted to approve resolutions designating signers for FNB Community Bank accounts (Resolution 09032024 series) and ratified consent-docket items including minutes and a blanket purchase order for fleet maintenance. The council also agreed to engage HBC, CPAs and Advisers to prepare the city’s fiscal-year 2023–24 financial audit and compilation report for a not-to-exceed cost of $22,000, with an additional single-audit fee of $5,900.
On procurement, the council approved a purchase from Tyler Technologies LLC for the Tyler content manager suite. The package’s recurring support fee was listed at $11,842 with a one-time implementation fee of $28,002 for a total of $39,844; council members voted in favor.
All listed consent and contract items were approved by roll call with Councilmembers Finch, Tatum, Brown and Dean voting “Aye” and Mayor Eason casting the deciding vote where recorded. No dissents or abstentions were reported in the meeting record.
The council concluded these items as part of the consent and regular docket; next steps include contract execution by the mayor and standard implementation procedures by city staff.
