Chickasha honors 25 years of service for Lieutenant Trey Alexander; new officer sworn in

The council recognized law-enforcement service milestones and presented a 25-year service pin and certificate to Lieutenant Trey Alexander; Judge Chaffin administered the oath of office to newly appointed officer Christopher Lee Lambert.
At the start of the meeting the council and police leadership recognized departmental service milestones and welcomed a new officer.
Police leadership described Lieutenant Trey Alexander’s 25 years of service, detailed his roles (patrol, field-training officer, bike patrol, sergeant, commander over criminal investigations) and awarded him a 25-year pin and certificate. "Lieutenant Alexander was hired in September 27, 1999... He has served as patrolman, a field training officer... he currently serves as a day shift lieutenant," the presenter said.
Judge Chaffin then administered the oath of office to Christopher Lee Lambert, who pledged to obey the Constitution, state laws and city ordinances and to faithfully discharge the duties of a city police officer.
The recognition and oath were presented without objection; the council moved on to other agenda items after the presentation.
