In procedural business, the commission adopted the Oct. 22 meeting minutes and suspended rules to allow the council-requested deferral of Item 22, a proposed street renaming for General Meyer, to the Dec. 10 CPC meeting.
Separately, the commission considered Subdivision Docket 9824, a request to combine the Bradley Bethune School site with a portion of the adjacent Union playground to create a larger school lot to accommodate parking and other facilities. Staff noted the survey required recordation within a year of prior approval; the commission voted to approve the subdivision subject to the two provisos in the staff report.
The decisions were recorded by machine votes and will be transmitted in the normal staff transmittal packet to City Council as required.
