BZA elects officers; staff may revisit design guidelines in February

The commissioner said, “If we don't get any applications, then we may take the opportunity in February, to revisit that,” indicating staff may prepare a presentation and next steps at the February meeting.
No votes on substantive policy changes were taken during the design‑guidelines discussion; the board simply discussed scheduling and next steps. The meeting adjourned after these items.
