City staff reported the site had been previously planned as a PUD that was later abandoned; outstanding water-service issues with Rural Water District 5 were addressed prior to the hearing. Staff said sewer service is provided by the city and that access will be from Andover Road and Southwest 130th Street. The subdivision committee had previously recommended the preliminary plat (August 2022) after condition resolution.
A motion to approve the final plat was seconded and carried by voice vote. Staff noted the plat met the bulk requirements and that any site-plan elements beyond zoning (for example, engineering details) will be enforced through platting and related city codes.
A resolution or filing that memorializes the final plat will be prepared according to city practice and included in the official record.
