Staff and Wagner agreed to scan originals for the electronic application and to provide signed originals to the city by the next week; Wagner said he expects to return within roughly 60 days with further updates.
Council discussed timing and asked staff to include any CDBG site‑visit reports or clarification requests in future packets so the council can track next steps and possible continuances of hearings tied to project properties.
