At the Oct. 17 meeting staff updated council on sewer regionalization easements and related project milestones. The city reported that most permanent-easement landowners have provided agreements in principle; outstanding points include compensation rates for some properties and approval from the city of Bismarck on specific easement language. The city has engaged an appraiser to assist with valuations and expects to return with further updates at the next meeting.
Council also received a brief Moonridge drainage update; staff said they have not had an opportunity recently to advance that project. Council and staff agreed to bring a fuller update to the next regular meeting.
No formal council action was taken on the sewer easement update or Moonridge drainage item at this meeting.
