Staff said the contractor had requested a one-month extension on substantial completion and that final completion is scheduled for Dec. 13.
The council asked staff to continue providing timeline and contract updates as the DEQ and grant-writer processes advance.
Next steps: staff will execute the appraisal agreement as approved and continue to administer contract change orders and completion reporting to council.
