Ordinance 1830-25: On first reading the commission approved Ordinance 1830-25 to modify the City Plan 2030 by updating the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) table 8.1 to shift the planning horizon to fiscal years 2025–2029 and to update timing and funding for capital projects. The first reading passed by roll call; the second reading was set for Jan. 7, 2025.
