- ADA policy (Item 10): The City adopted an Americans with Disabilities Act policy and amendments clarifying the city's intent to follow federal requirements; motion passed by roll call.
- Quitclaim deed to KW Investment(s) LLC (Item 11): After legal explanation that a warranty deed had been filed conveying property south of Williams Grocery without the city's acceptance and that the grantor agreed to accept the parcel back, commissioners authorized the mayor to execute a quitclaim deed returning the parcel to KW Investment/Investments LLC; motion passed by roll call.
- Appointments: Sarah Ravello/Rebello (transcript spells both) was appointed to the Board of Adjustment for a term ending June 30, 2027; Emily Poole was appointed to the Parks & Recreation Board for a term ending Dec. 31, 2027.
