Board approves Oct. 14 agenda, annual affidavit and consent agenda, accepts multiple donations

At the start of the meeting an unidentified board member moved to approve the Oct. 14, 2024 meeting agenda; a second was noted and the chair declared the motion passed by voice vote.

Later the board approved an annual secretary-to-the-board report affidavit after a motion and second. The meeting proceeded to a first read of policy changes (sent to first read because of a change in law) and then took up the consent agenda. The board thanked community donors for their contributions.
