- CAPER (Community Development Block Grant annual performance and evaluation report): Council approved the consolidated CAPER required by the grant program (vote recorded 5-0).
- Ordinance 2024-59: Council adopted second-reading ordinance changes implementing negotiated firefighter retirement/pension provisions that were part of a previously approved collective bargaining agreement. The ordinance passed 4-1 (Councilman Johnson recorded the lone no vote).
