FC Cincinnati Foundation to fund mini soccer pitch in Jefferson; construction could begin Dec. 1

Council members asked about surface type and dimensions; Silva said the pitch will use turf, and a staff member later read term‑sheet dimensions of about 98 feet long by 44 feet wide.
