Porter said the city engaged Blue Conduit with a $50,000 grant to develop the inventory and to apply machine‑learning to predict service‑line materials where records are missing. “We actually received a $50,000 grant to utilize the services of this company… and they helped us to develop the lead service line inventory,” Porter said.
