• Sale and development agreement with SKA Investments, LLC (3040 Dixie Hwy) — second reading adopted (6–0).
• Right‑of‑way dedications and vacations and zoning changes around 20 High Street, Knightsbridge/ Central Ave and other parcels — multiple second‑reading ordinances adopted (votes recorded 6–0 where noted).
• CDBG substantial amendment: council approved a substantial amendment to the city’s annual action plan for FY2022–2023, authorizing up to $148,200.72 in CDBG funds for public facilities improvements and authorizing submission to HUD (adopted 6–0).
• Resolution objecting to an application to transfer D5/D6 liquor permits to Tailgaters Sports Bar (1079 Millville Ave); council directed the clerk to request a hearing and the resolution was adopted 6–0.
Most of these measures were adopted on second reading with roll‑call approvals; where roll calls were recorded they were unanimous. Several items were procedural second readings with little discussion; council members thanked staff for outreach and work on infrastructure and grants.
Council also moved a number of right‑of‑way dedications and easement approvals related to ongoing development and infrastructure projects.
