The board and applicant agreed to amend the resolution so the approved use at 27 Academy "will run with the property provided the use at 26 Academy remains" — meaning a future sale of the lot or business could alter entitlement unless both are sold together or a new owner returns to the board for a change of use.
The board voted unanimously to amend and then adopt the resolution. Fire and code staff noted a locked gate and a requested Knox box for emergency access; the applicant agreed to install the Knox box as requested.
