Roll-call votes recorded for the insurance resolution show Madden, Hawkins, Brito, Ventoli, DeStefano and Nemeth voting yes; Seagraman recorded an abstention. The board then approved the RBT appointment by unanimous 'yes' votes among members present. The board did not specify additional contract terms in the meeting record.
