CDA schedules 84 Linden open house; board approves $120 interest payment

Staff also reported that specs are being prepared for a full rehab of 168 Linden and that work on 54 Washington is moving forward with a new roof and two new decks installed; sewer work must be finished before the project can be closed out.
Under bills and communications the board approved an interest payment to the City of Middletown for 84 Linden in the amount of $120. The motion to pay the bill was moved by Alderwoman Reing, seconded by Mister Green, and approved by voice vote.
What’s next: staff will continue application reviews for 84 Linden, hold the open house on Oct. 26, and return to the board with any required contract or funding actions for the properties under rehab.
